TIME Magazine Calls Out ANNA WINTOUR! :GASP!:

(EDIT! I used a different picture than before and this time uploaded it to both of my photo places so hopefully the image will now show up!)

So I'm not a huge fan of this Karl Lagerfeld dress that Anna Wintour wore to the Costume Institute Gala back in May but it does kind of fit with her "Nuclear Wintour" image.
First of all, there were far more terrible outfits at this same event and throughout the year. Secondly...is Time in any position to criticize the editor in chief of Vogue magazine?
Then again I always call her and other editors out and who am I? Just a simple blogger.
I'll eventually be posting my best and worst dressed of the year over the holidays but I won't have Anna on the list. She's far too terrifying!

The image seems to be gone now...it's just blank. Granted I could check it out on the time website here:

But just so you know that the image you linked was broken.

i can't see the image either but i know which dress you are talking about. she is rather terrifying, but you're not just a blogger. you, like her, are influencing your readers!

merry christmas eve!

That dress looks like she's trying to be a ram!

Perhaps Time picked her as the worst dressed from the year specifically because she's editor in chief/chief terrifying editor of Vogue?

As a fashion blogger you are part of the fashion dialogue which the biggies like Wintour dominate, but Time is not invested in that dialogue in the same way, so I vote your opinion is more relevant.

heartz.

i don't think it's time's place to name the editor in chief of the most influential fashion magazine in the world as "worst dressed". that's simply not possible!

you're blog is great! post me a comment or send an email if you'd like to trade links.
