What I'm Wearing: Holiday Cocktail Party

December in Boston, Beacon Hill Christmas, Holiday Cocktail Party, What I'm Wearing
Well folks, it's officially December and you know what that means: holiday parties! While I'm not a fan of New England's endless winters, I do love celebrating the holiday season. Normally, I'm all about the little black dress. It's an easy look that can be worn multiple times and go from day to night. It's also incredibly boring. So this year, I'm bringing a little more glamour and color into my holiday party outfits.

This year, I'm going for an old Hollywood look with a fur stole and elbow length leather gloves. Emerald is my favorite color so I had to splurge on this dress from Tibi. To add a little bit of edge, I'm planning on pairing it with a red lip and these bondage inspired stilettos. Such a dramatic look doesn't need a lot of jewelry but I always have room for a giant cocktail ring.

What are you planning to wear for your rounds of holiday parties?
